Ruth and Joan have grown up as neighbors their entire lives, they've also grown up learning to hate one another. Not only are their families and their barns directly next to each other, they're also rivals. Ruth's family owns one of the most successful show jumping barns in the country. Raised and taught to be poised, in control and most importantly to never lose, Ruth has known nothing else than being a champion. While Joan on the other hand was raised on a laid back ranch with a long lineage of show-stopping rodeo stars. She lives the relaxed life where nothing is ever that serious. Until one day something shifts between Ruth and Joan in a frightening accident, but they're both too stubborn to accept it.
